JOB DEVELOPMENT

We know that having a job is an important part
of many people’s lives.

It’s not just a paycheck, but a means to making friends, meeting one’s social needs and contributing to the community in which the individual lives.

We also know that for people with disabilities, finding a job can feel like an overwhelming or even impossible task. The barriers to finding and keeping a job can be very real for many people who may not understand how to best advocate for themselves or know how to navigate the many challenges that are already inherent in any job search process.

That’s where we come in

Our job development services are designed to help people overcome these barriers and find meaningful employment experiences. Whether someone is getting back into the job market after an illness or injury or exploring some form of employment for the first time, we’re here to help. Our tailored approach addresses each individual’s specific needs, wants, and unique situations. We know that one size does not fit all.

“Thanks for all the great work you do. You truly have a special gift of connecting with all types of individuals.
Thanks again for making my job easier!”
